How do I calculate the number of square metres?
For a rectangular or square object the area is: L x W
(Where L is the length and W is the width).
To measure a circle: π×r2
please note: π is approx = 3.142
To measure a triangle: B × H / 2
(Where B is the base length, and H is the distance from the line on which B lies to the other point of the triangle - the height).
